Mayhem: Street Trucks
Released in DVD by Ventura Distribution (17 June, 2003)
MPAA Rating: NR (Not Rated)

Needs more lifted trucks
most of the trucks in this dvd were droped the trucks that were lifted they didnt do that much with them. But alot of action. They difenitly need more girls. I'm a 4x4 truck person I don't see the point of ruining a truck by lowering it. They need to come out with a 4x4 truck dvd with alot off-roading, girls and shows.

Great Cars, Great Girls
Unlike Gumball 3000, this one is not just super cars on the highway. The Players Run is undoubtedly Playa. In addition to the "Rally" they make stops along the way and do events such as the the Bondurant racing school, indy car racing and some cool parties. The cars are super sweet, and the hot german chick Simone is in it from gumball 3000. The extra features are pretty good too. Pictures, stupid stuff, german police reports are just as good and entertaining as the main feature. I would recommend this DVD to all import and super car enthusiasts. i have watched it multiple times in the first day i got it.

NFL - The Greatest
Released in DVD by USA Home Entertainment (30 October, 2001)
MPAA Rating: Unrated
This tribute to the best players in NFL history is intelligently organized, and its use of brilliant game footage shot by NFL Films, as well as even older archival sources, makes it a very enjoyable viewing experience. Organized in thematic chapters with such titles as "Pioneers," "Intimidators," and "Big Gamers," each feature provides a look at the players who exemplified crucial skills of the game. The "Resumé Play" feature showcases particular plays for which someone will always be remembered, and participants in these historic plays appear to offer their memories of the event. Comments by great players of the past punctuate the production, such as legendary tight end John Mackey's summing up his philosophy by noting, "I'd catch the ball and just be ready to hurt someone." As we've come to expect from NFL Films, The Greatest strikes an appropriate tone, mixing laudatory commentary with just the right amount of irony and humor. --Robert J. McNamara

If you love football, you'll love this DVD
This is a pretty good documentary of football. It shows the intimidators, the underdogs and the best plays of the NFL. I think that there aren't enough hits on this DVD. It talks alot about the history of the game which is great if you like that stuff. If you have an all time favorite player, then he is on this DVD. Basically you will like this DVD if you are a fan of football. If you are looking for big hits then look somewhere else though.

NOTE: This DVD is the worst organized DVD I have ever seen. To find all the bonus footage, you have to scroll through hundreds of players in a hit or miss kind of way. It almost seems that they crammed too much on this DVD. Also, the DVD is seperated into chapters and you can't rewind from one chapter into another. That makes it hard to watch something at the end of a chapter.

Despite it's down falls, it's still a good buy.

REAL talent w/ lots of water!!
I'm just a guy who loves water (scuba & sea-doo). I saw BlueCrush & really loved the surfing footage. Soo I decided to go get a surf dvd. This was the only one I could find, but I didn't get it for the bikinis! These ladies have got more guts than most guys & it shows thru in their surfing! The locations are absolutely gorgeous & the surfing added to the beauty of the scenery. There are a few interviews & it was interesting to learn more about these "Wave Warriors". They really enjoy what they do & that's a pretty rare thing these days! My faves: Megan Abubo, Heather Clark, & Keala Kennelly - nearly every time they're onscreen, they show you why they're so admired by their fellow surfers! Definitely a water-lover's delight w/ some of the most amazing athletes I've ever seen on the water - or below it! :)

On Any Sunday - Motocross, Malcolm & More
Released in DVD by Monterey Home Video (11 December, 2001)
MPAA Rating: NR (Not Rated)
Starring: On Any Sunday and Malcolm Smith

Never Ending Story
Malcolm Smith revisited. What On Any Sunday - Revisited left out was a revisit with the legendary Malcolm Smith. Still great unseen OAS footage and updates with the characters from the original including comments from Kenny Roberts.

It might seem a rehash but it's a fitting tribute 30 years later.

Watch On Any Sunday and OAS - Revisited first and it all fits into place.

Alot of fun for any enthusiast
If you couldn't catch the race in person, or on TV, this DVD allows you to see highlights of each class event as well as a nice chunk of the acrobatics. The image quality is good, it appears to come from the same master as the VHS version, although the quality is still good enough not to detract from the enjoyment of the event. I do wish the packaging contained more information, such as definitions of the classes and a map of the course.
