GO BABIES!!!

Something to help the kids learn while having fun!!!
My 3 year of daughter loves to sit down and watch Alphabet Road. The unique characters and fun songs keep her attention for hours. Thank you, I could not have asked for a better video for her.

Alphabet Road F is for "farm" is awesome.
Alphabet Road "F is for Farm" is a big hit in our home. It is wonderfully entertaining and engaging. The video is as educational as the best episodes of Sesame Street and the puppets are as endearing, too. My 2 1/2 year old knows the Alphabet Road song by heart and will spontaneously start singing it. We can't wait to buy more episodes. As a busy working mother who values education (and a free moment), I have purchased many other videos and, of all, this is our child's favorite!! I highly recommend it for you and your young child.

Getting Started on Drums Featuring Tommy Igoe DVD - Setting Up / Start Playing

If you are getting 1 - This is it
After a 20 year absence from drumming.. i bought a drum set.. put it together and started playing. I ordered this dvd a few weeks later. Well the first thing I did after watching him set up the drums was take apart my drums and fix what i had done wrong.

As far as playing.. Ive checked hundred of web sites, downloaded lessons, and purchased 4 other DVD's to learn.. This is the best BY FAR. Several good fills, grooves to jam to.. its great. I never write reviews on stuff I get from amazon.. but had to give praise.. Buy many, you can't learn to much, but if you are just getting 1, get this one.. if you're buying many.. this is a must have.

Great DVD.

Amazing...a must buy for beginners
This is THE single video/DVD to buy for beginning drums. Tommy is an unbelievable musician, teacher, role model...everything! This video far surpasses all the other beginner videos out there. Parents if you're thinking of buying a drumming video for your child, this is the one to get.

Thanks Tommy for everything.

If You Want To Have Fun Learning The Drums..Get This DVD
My husband has been a drummer for 20 years.
I have always wanted to learn to play the drums, and have tried several times(with no luck).
My husband gave me The Getting Started DVD by Tommy Igoe.
I LOVE the DVD. Tommy is a great instructer. His DVD motivated me and gave me confidence to give it another try.
The DVD is very user friendly. It's also informative in a fun and relaxed way.
The DVD has also been helpful for my husband in teaching me.
I look forward to more drum DVD's by Tommy Igoe.

My grandchildren just love this video. It is very entertaining for the whole family. We look forward to more hits from the Tiny Tot Sports group.

Baby Baseball is a homerun
I have two children ages 3 and 4. They constantly want to watch this video. I have since bought them gloves, a sponge bat, and a T for hitting. This video gets them off the couch and out of the house to play baseball. The other neighborhood children see them playing baseball and come over to play. Its wonderful to see them playing together and making friends. We look forward to the next Tiny Tot Sports release.

Baby baseball is a home run!
Keeps the kids entertained from start to finish. They want to watch it over and over! They are involved the whole time it's on. It's a winner!

Jennifer Kelly, President of a Youth Baseball Group
This video is sure to help all future major leaguers get a great start learning the game of baseball. I recommend it to my new coaches as well.

Nothing else like it.
I've looked everywhere for something that would help my kids with the self confidence they need before the first Little League practice. This has helped a lot. Everything is on this DVD. Rules of the game, how to be a good sport and the importance of teamwork. The coach is friendly and gives the kids an idea of what to expect. The kids at the practice learn that they all have worthwhile capabilities. The use of animated characters really keeps them interested. There is just nothing like it available. It's great!

Children
Bottom Line, my kids loved it! In the process, they learned important life lessons. A great tool for both parents and children to learn together!

The Magic of Martial Arts
Released in DVD by Magic Martial Arts (18 November, 2003)
MPAA Rating:
Average review score:

Excellent
My son is 4.5 and goes to Karate. He loved this video. It is also very good for kids who don't do Karate as it shows them how to handle bullys and also their anger. Highly recommended.

The Magic of Magic
This video is an excellent introduction of the true spirit of martial arts to children. In good taste, it discusses the realities of environmental violence to children and teaches them
the wisdom of running away from potential trouble, whenever possible. Furthermore, it emphasizes that the use of physical techniques against another person is a last resort.

The ingenious and creative uses of "magic", music, and comedy make this presentation fun and amusing to watch for both children and adults.

Get it. It's hot!
Your kids will love this wonderful video. It teaches children about self-defense without any of the hype or violence we see so much of on TV today. And the characters even sing, too... Great music. I give it two thumbs up! Highly recommended.

Newton in a Bottle
Released in DVD by Consumervision (26 November, 2002)
MPAA Rating: Unrated

Really, Science for kids that actually interests them!
My three year old loves Newton. He even wanted to do his own test to see if he dropped a big toy and a small toy on his bed if they would land at the same time like the balls in the movie. He is full of questions every time we watch it and we talk about it often even though he may not have seen it for quite some time. I was dubious at the "Physics for Kids" on the cover, but I have been a believer since the first time I watched it. I just bought three copies to give as gifts to my sons friends.

Cant describe in words how much my child loves this video
This is one video my daughter has loved since when she was about a year old to now (almost 2). Excellent music, low-clutter, minimal enjoyable expressions by a very lovable cat and some bonus physics to learn - I could nominate this for any award. Whenever my daugter fusses to eat, we play this and we can feed her merrily until she is full. She has watched this more than 20 times and she does not get bored even for a minute.. this by a girl that cannot hold her attention for even minutes at a time with any other kid's programs. Rent it from your local library if you do not wanna buy!

SUCH A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!!!
Finally, a kids video that teaches, entertains, and isn't full of bee-bop nonsense! Our 4 year old boy and 6 month old girl both LOVE it! Highly recommended!

Signing Time: An American Sign Language (ASL) Video for Children
Released in DVD by (04 October, 2002)
MPAA Rating: G (General Audience)
Director: Jon Pierre Francia/ Emilie de Azevedo Brown

Best Kids Video!
Signing Time has been my toddler's favorite video for the past year & a half (she's 2-1/2 now)... we have all three of the original series and are expectantly awaiting the new releases! It's amazing to see your little one, who's verbal abilities have yet to be formed, but with their hands, they are able to communicate with you! The music in these videos is outstanding, the use of children speaking the words AND signing the words, interspersed with animation, and the serene mommy, Rachel, introducing each sign, make for delightful viewing that parents, toddlers AND older kids will thoroughly enjoy over and over and over again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Very Helpful
Me and my family love this video! My kids love to sign along with the other young kids in the videos. The songs (also on the CD) are catchy and are fun to listen to in the car. My son is unable to speak and he learned several signs after just a few viewings! My speaking child learned also. If it was possible, on a scale of 1 to 5 it would rate a 6!

best video for babies
I started showing my baby this video at 6 months, it is still his favorite! He's now 12 months and recognizes about 6-10 signs. He doesn't seem to have the dexterity to do the signs yet, but he clearly understands the most important ones so far like eat, more, milk (nursing), water, dog, cat, banana. My husband and I now use the simple signs if we're out in a loud place and can't hear each other. Furthermore, I am a pediatrician and show the 3 volumes of signing time in my office. I encourage everyone to learn the basic signs and especially all children with hearing or learning disabilities.

The Fundamentals of Soccer with Stinky Shoe & Coach LaRoo
Released in DVD by (15 November, 2002)
MPAA Rating:
Director: Chris Johnson
Average review score:

Coaching parts good, animation just okay.
This instructional DVD/Tape works well at its primary purpose - to teach some fundamentals of soccer. The animations/cartoon part with Stinky Shoe and the coach are average at best and just plain stupid at worst (they probably account for 10-15% of the tape). My 7 yr old son even commented on how inane the animated parts were. This tape is best for a VERY young audience -say 6 yrs old and under.

Head Coach of Milwaukee Wave United, Art Kramer
This video really executes the two qualities that I teach everyday in my camps - having fun in a learning environment.

Endorsed by Head Coach of the Milwaukee Wave, Keith Tozer
Being involved in soccer for more than 25 years, I have found the "Stinky Shoe & Coach LaRoo" video to be a wonderful fun and educational teaching tool for families and children who are just beginning their soccer careers.

An amazing DVD: educational, inspirational, and beautiful!
I'm not an astronomy buff, but I found this DVD to be simply fascinating nonetheless. There is a ton of information packed into the narrative that accompanies the most beautiful space images you'll ever see. It's mind-bending when you stop to appreciate that every image and video on this DVD is of our real world, not some sci-fi special effect. "The Universe" is awe inspiring! Buy a copy today to see for yourself.

The Universe DVD: Far more than I Imagined
Very impressive visually, sounds wonderful on Bose system. I liked it, my kids loved it! I'll be looking for more offerings from this talented director.

Interesting and Engaging...A Must Have
I bought this DVD after hearing about it on an internet talk show (Mac Show Live). I haven't seen it since it first arrived; my 7-year-old son grabbed it and has not let it go. A beautifully narrated and produced DVD with engaging dialog that kept me and my kids interested from the beginning. I highly recommend this for kids and adults alike.

Best baby video on the market!
We own them all -- Baby Einstein, Baby Genius, So Smart -- and Baby Laureate is by far the best baby video out there. The production quality is outstanding. And my kids are mesmerized. It's such great educational content as well. I highly recommend this video! You won't be disappointed!!
