Awesome!
What a workout!Kitka

Wonderful Movie!!!Thus begins a series of madcap adventures as Jim, Joe and Yan set about to reform the hospital staff to the best of their ability...Or die trying.
Okay... I really have to tell you folks, I loved Help!!! I'm a big fan of Chinese Drama and Help!!! is chock full of funny scenes, amusing situations and a really cute cast of characters. Ekin Cheng (Joe) is my number one favorite actor and he is suave debonair and charming in this film! This is a great film the entire family will enjoy. If you are a fan of romantic comedy, you will love this film!
... Julia Roberts.

Terrific....beauty and form in a great addition to Volume 1-A Viewer
Love the Volume II and am satisfied with my second purchase.I have just received Volume 2, and have tried it out. It is terrific. I was a bit apprehensive about advanced instruction, but the calming and careful approach of Ms. Storey is just the type of training I need.
I never imagined that I would enjoy Tai Chi. However, with these two excellent volumes, 1 and 2, I would recommend these DVDs to anyone who is interested in a gentle form of exercise. This is truly a great way to relieve stress and to get the physical energy that is needed to function at your best.
A final note: Buy Volumes I and II.

Wonderful DVD from Thomas the Tank Engine! There are eleven different stories on this DVD. This movie is 47 minutes long, but it's a great experience for kids. As a matter of fact, I remenber when Thomas, Percy, Harry and Terrance helped give the villagers a Happy Thanksgiving!
There is a character gallary featuring info about Thomas, Percy, James, Bertiey, Harry the helicopter, Henry, Gorden, Toby, etc.
I hope you will enjoy this DVD as much as I do!
A good DVD or Video that can make you help other people out

Nice Change to the Typical Workout
Great Quick Workouts
I like it.

Documenting The Real ThingIf you want a slower workout, the "modified basic" routine on this DVD gives you the basics. I recommend this video without reservation, yet you should always try to take Pilates lessons from a certified instructor, so you can glean the full benefits from the method, from this DVD, or from any other DVD.
Classical Pilates has the best example of Pilates done well. This DVD shows the full range of exercise levels.
Totally Worth The PriceOther Pilates DVDs tend to have more polished video sets and television game showlike instructors, yet in my bones, I can feel the Classical Pilates folks are for real. I would much rather take a trip back in time to Joseph Pilates' original studio than have a flashy video try to please my modern gym aesthetics and lifestyle.
I particularly liked the difference between the pre-basic workout and basic workout; there's a big difference! The instructor on this video said some really cool things that helped me workout more deeply, smoothly, and with more coordination. As I progressed, I enjoyed the precision of the intermediate workout. The demonstrator make Pilates look so beautiful. I can't wait until I can do that.
A Cool DVDThese people show what a good challenge Pilates can be, and the verbal instruction is intensely insightful; it's not just someone telling you what to do. The master instructor describes what you should be feeling and thinking about.

gute lieder aber die Handlung ist unfähig
Its a thingy! A fiendish thingy!
I love the Beatles in everything...

Boring Snoring
A flowing, blended workoutAlhtough I liked the flow of the workout, there were several things I didn't like about it. First of all, because instructor Dian Nissen-Ramirez moves smoothly from one move to the next, there are few cues to let the viewer know what is coming next. Similarly, Dian spends little time on instruction. I also was surprised to discover that the workout uses a Dynaband, as this is not mentioned on the box; I was able to substitute a yoga strap, but this did not work as well. Finally, I felt that the sequences themselves were repeated too many times, as I became bored after the first couple of repetitions.
This tape would probably work best for someone who wants a faster paced Pilates/yoga practice and who doesn't mind viewing the video several times before actually doing the workout. However, those who prefer uncomplicated, slower routines should look elsewhere.
Superb videoI have a lot of Pilates videos but this was one of the first good ones. I like how it uses a band too. i have noticed other Pilates videos are now copying what is on this one. This is a good workout for beginners too.
