Funny as hell
This movie is funny as hell it had me from beginnig to end if you don't have this movie pick it up you won't regret it. In fact its cheap now so thats another reason to buy this movie.

Pee-your-pants funny.
Norm Macdonald is naturally funny. His sense of humor brightly shined through the flimsy material he had to work with on Saturday Night Live. Here, Norm has a movie's length to display what SNL doled out in small nuggets.

Norm plays Mitch, a guy who can always think of a simple, swift, and cruel way of punishing people who wrong him, but isn't good at much else. When forced to come up with a $50,000 bribe to get his best friend's father a new heart, he decides to capitalize on his special gift. The plot works well enough to not take away from how hilarious this movie is.

Norm is, of course, horrendously funny. His delivery is so brilliant that he can turn the worst jokes into gold. They also incorporate his "note to self" jokes into the movie. Artie Lang, Chris Farley and Don Rickles are also hilarious.

Summary: funny funny funny funny funny.

Seriously underrated movie
I hate being let down by comedies. I really do. When you see a movie as creatively funny as this, you just have to admire it. I don't know if so many people know about it, but it's defintely one of the top five funniest movies I've ever seen. I think if you like Top Secret, you might like this.

Funny but reccomended for mature audiences
This is a great collection of the clips that could never be shown on TV. (Except maybe on FOX -if they were edited.)

There are also vidoes that some people could cronsider revolting.

Some are of people igniting thier intestinal gases. Some are of infants projectile-vomiting "Exorcist Style."

There are others that are gross. ....

There are also others that are just weird, like skiing in the nude.

I strongly reccomend parental discretion

Very funny collection of videos
I found this video to be very enjoyable. I would recommend it to anyone who liked the TV show and is not offended by nudity, foul language, and gross bodily excretions (I know there must be a few of you out there). Just like the TV show, most of the video clips were funny, several were hilarious, and a few were just dumb. Bob Saget is not the host--yeah!!! The new host is okay and is only shown rarely in the video. Roughly three or four minutes of the video are devoted to clips involving nudity, but varying levels of foul language is spread throughout. Some clips were taken directly from the TV show. This is unfortunate, but at least they took some of the funniest clips. I could watch this video several times and still find it amusing. This is a great video to take to parties with adults only.

Funny but...
Oh yes, I cannot deny that it was so much fun... and much better than that boring Bob Saget's comments!

But the DVD extras were not that much, mostly repeated or humiliating and not funny!

Still if you need a good laugh, I think you should go for this one and better watch it alone first before inviting your family :-)

Terrible!
Bob Saget is the star......What does that tell you?

KULDA BEEN A LOT BETTA!
I dunno, the only reason I'm gvin it this many stars is cuz Brian Bonsall, hes a great kid actor. But Bob sagget, not the greatest for the part, but umm, it wasn't THAT bad of a movie, pry kids will like it if they like nature camping and stuff.

Funny And Sweet...
I love this movie. I've watched it several times already and I'm eagerly awaiting a DVD version for my collection. I've generally found Bob Saget to be far more aggravating than humorous in the past, given his inane and incessant rambling on America's Funniest Home Videos. But he really surprised me in this movie, by being extraordinarily funny. This movie alone, has almost made me a fan of his. Saget plays the part of a somewhat inept father, when it comes to the more physical, outdoorsy things. The hilarity ensues, when Saget feels compelled to take his young son on a camping trip. Brian Bonsall does a wonderful job playing Saget's son and to boot he is absolutely one of the cutest young boy actors to ever grace the screen. An entertaining movie that all can enjoy, but perhaps especially great for fathers and sons.

Beware! This edition is dubbed into English!
Do not buy this 2 pack if you want the original French edition. This one is dubbed into English and was very disappointing for me to watch. The original French edition is supposedly coming out in March. So much of the flavor of this movie is lost with the dubbing.

Bardot is adorable; the film's a dud.
Bridget Bardot stars in this slight, ineffective would-be slapstick comedy, co-directed by Roger Vadim. The plot is slapdash, and while Bardot is a total babe, we don't really get much of a chance to take in her charms... she has a kooky, carefree dance scene, and wears some weird outfits during a dream sequence, but really none of it is worth sitting through the actual film.

Entertaining and fast paced comedy
I was finally able to get a reasonably clear version of this movie to properly evaluate it. You may not be so lucky.

This movie turns out to be very entertaining and amusing. The comedy is part wit and part slapstick. The entire cast is quite good. Bardot is simply adorable as the teenage daughter of a nightclub owner. She may look like a goddess but Bardot is very earthly in her ways. She is not so much naughty in this picture as she is accident prone and inept at virtually anything she attempts. Her sensuality is quite apparent but still developing at this early stage of her career.

I don't believe there is a digitally restored version of this movie. One of the production companies should do it as done with other Bardot movies. This movie then can really be enjoyed.

Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd
Released in DVD by New Line Home Entertainment (11 November, 2003)
MPAA Rating: PG-13 (Parental Guidance Suggested)
Director: Troy Miller
Starring: Eric Christian Olsen, Derek Richardson, and Eugene Levy
A passable comedy for delinquent kids and unambitious teens with time to kill, Dumb and Dumberer does for prequels what Jerry Springer did for daytime television. With only faint connection to the 1994 hit starring Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels, this ill-conceived prequel follows the Carrey/Daniels characters, Lloyd and Harry, as they bungle their way through high school. The principal and his demented lunch lady (Eugene Levy and SNL alumnus Cheri Oteri) have hatched a scheme to embezzle funds intended for students with "special needs," and Harry & Lloyd unwittingly recruit a few "intellectually challenged" classmates to fuel the plot. Veteran TV director Troy Miller prefers to keep the humor low and lowerer: Scatological jokes, puerile double-entendres, and juvenile sight gags ensure that Dumb and Dumberer lives up to its title. As Lloyd and Harry, respectively, Eric Christian Olsen and Derek Richardson deliver a few laughs, but they're stuck in a movie with special needs of its own. --Jeff Shannon

What animal do you like better dog or a cat?
I think this film is so rubbish i'm going to talk about what animal you like better.
Now the dog looks very sweet and playful, but the cat you don't have to take out on walks. With dogs you have to pick up their poo, and with cat's their not very playful, so the choice is your's! A Cat or a Dog?

Worse And Worserer
There are always films that should never be tampered with or given a sequel. Or in this case, a prequel. The original film was a comedy classic that was best left alone. The warning signals also go off when this movie's paltry running time of barely an hour and a half is compared to the original's 110 minute run. Already that makes it sound quick and slapped together without much love or interest. And also, if you don't have any of the original players involved, then why bother at all?. Trey Stone and Matt Parker from "South Park", were originally going to do it, but then they backed out. What we got were no name writers and a no name director with not one redeemable value. While there is the presence of comedy genius Eugene Levy, and the always game Cheri Oteri, the rest of the cast were nobody's. Eric Christian Olsen, who you might remember from "Not Another Teen Movie" and "The Hot Chick", takes over for Jim Carrey playing Lloyd Christmas. He is the son of the school janitor and lives in the school. Derek Richardson takes over for Jeff Daniels in the role of Harry Dunn. He has an imaginary pirate friend and lives with his mom(Mimi Rogers). The movie takes place in 1986, and the film does give off that 80's type of look. The two boys run into each other one day, quite literally, and a bond is made. They become the quickest friends and Lloyd helps Harry at school because he has been home schooled up until this point. Levy plays the school principal, Principal Collins, and Oteri is the lunch lady. The two are having an affair, and set in motion what is to become what passes for a plot for this movie. Schools are being offered a large sum of money for having a "special needs class", and with this school not having one, the two plan to create a fake one in order to get the money and run. Naturally, Lloyd and Harry are the first two into the new class, and are then in charge of putting together the rest of the class. This means rounding up a number of goofballs and losers. The only familiar face in the bunch is Shia LeBouf from "Even Stevens". The boys get mixed up in the scheme, and with help from a lovely student, must crack the plan wide open. Yawn. This is the best they could come up with?. It took 9 years and this is what we get?. There aren't many laughs in here. Not many chuckles either. Olsen, as Lloyd, seems to be really game, and he is kind of impressive. There are times when it seems as if he is channeling Carrey, and it works. Most of the time. But while Carrey's Lloyd was a loveable goofball, Olsen's Lloyd is just a goofball. The same can be said for Richardson's Harry. Although the resemblances are pretty good. The jokes are not as frequent as you would have liked, and more importantly, are not really funny. The first film's humor and jokes and gags just seem to come naturally. The ones here seem forced and the scenes seem too photographed and planned. There are may gaps in the script as well. Why not delve into why Lloyd and his father shouldn't be father and son?. They could of explained that. There are too many flaws and stuff that just went downhill with no show of effort of even trying to succeed. They tried to live up to the "toilet" scene from the original, and while it failed, it was the one moment in the film that *might* give you a laugh, even though it goes against your better judgement. Bob Saget appears in an uncredit cameo, and his two scenes are the only two that made me laugh a little. It's nothing special, but under the circumstances, and with the cursing involved, and it being squeaky clean "Full House" Bob Saget, it made me laugh for some reason. If Jim Carrey, Jeff Daniels, and The Farrelly Brothers aren't involved, then there was no really no hope of this project becoming anything. It was tired, bloated with unfunny jokes and sight gags that were so uninspired, and was just a waste. It could of been something if certain people had been involved, but they weren't, and this film suffers because of it. Pass.

Horrible , horrible and again horrible
This movie is incomparable with the first dumb and dumber. I guess Jim carry is very disappointed with this movie too because everything about this movie sucks!!!The acting, the jokes, even the scenario sucks. As a result my suggestion to you; if you want to spend some money for a DVD and if you want it to be funny then go and spend it for the dumb and dumber 1 with the Jim carry on (of course if you don't already have it).Don't buy this movie, even don't rent it because it won't be just waste of money, it will also be a waste of time.

After having seen many of these clips with excellent comments by Bob Saget, the lousy commenting was a disappointment. Also the editing was not good, with some repeats! There are a few funny clips in here, but most of the TV shows are better.
